Hitachi H-8000 TEM

The Hitachi H8000 Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope is an intermediate voltage transmission electron microscope. This is an all-purpose TEM and can be used for a wide variety of biological and materials specimens.

Resolution: Scanning transmitted electron image (STEM): 1.5 nm Transmitted electron image (TEM): 0.144 nm (lattice)

Magnification: 2,000-800,000x

Accelerating Voltage:  75,100, 150, 175, 200 kV

Specimen Stage: Side-entry Goniometer Stage
